This role requires experience in leading projects within Manufacturing, Fabrication, and/or Engineering, and is not related to IT Project Management.ResponsibilitiesSupport Programme Managers and Manufacturing Management in defining, planning, and delivering manufacturing projects within budget and schedule.Manage stakeholder interfaces, including internal customers, and ensure accurate reporting on project performance.Own manufacturing work packages, managing costs, schedules, and quality.Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and subcontractors.Assist in risk management and opportunity planning for contracts.Communicate project requirements to multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery.Participate in tendering and bidding activities for future business acquisition.RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager, delivering fixed-cost programs of significant value within a matrix organization, preferably in engineering or production environments.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to prioritize strategic and tactical decisions.Experience applying project management skills in relevant business contexts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
