Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of ET claims across all areasYou will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunalsSupervise junior colleagues and paralegalsHandling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy).Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleaguesCandidate RequirementsExcellent communication skillsExperience supervising paralegals or juniorsEmployment law and litigation expert2-5 years PQEThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years.
