This position plays a key role in a precision manufacturing environment.Work Pattern:Full time, onsiteNight shifts: Monday to Thursday (10 hours per night)Initial training will be completed on day shifts before transitioning to nightsKey ResponsibilitiesManual application of protective resin coatings to assembled circuit boardsUse of small hand tools, masking tape, and fine brushesHandling delicate components with precision and careCandidate RequirementsEssential: Previous experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailConfidence using small tools or brushes (from professional or personal experience)Ability to work consistently and accurately under minimal supervisionAdditional InformationInterview Format: Face-to-faceTravel: Not requiredReason for Vacancy: Increased workload
