Our client, a well-established Personal Injury law firm, is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team. The Role: Youll manage your own caseload of RTA personal injury claims from inception through to settlement, ensuring each client receives a high standard of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven fee-earning experience who is confident handling files independently within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ? Managing a caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA files. ? Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles. ? Negotiating settlements and ensuring cases progress efficiently. ? Providing clear and consistent communication to clients. ? Meeting billing and performance targets. About You: ? Minimum 12 years experience handling your own RTA caseload. ? Solid understanding of the RTA claims process and relevant legislation. ? Strong organisational and communication skills. ? Target-driven with excellent attention to detail. ? Experience using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is desirable. Whats on Offer: ? Competitive salary of 25,000 33,000, depending on experience. ?
