Job DescriptionOperations Manager Pre-Launch Lender | North ManchesterWere partnering with a new lender entering the market, focused on providing short-term cashflow lending solutions to SME businesses. This is a rare opportunity to join pre-launch and play a pivotal role in taking the business through set-up and go-live.The Opportunity: As Operations Manager, youll work directly with senior leadership to shape and implement the operational infrastructure from the ground up. You'll be involved in everything from process design and documentation to KYC/AML, compliance, and day-to-day operational activities.This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that would suit a self-starter and problem solver with a background in lending operations someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and building from scratch.Key Responsibilities:Set up and manage end-to-end operational processes pre and post-launchLead on KYC/AML and compliance operational workflowsOversee onboarding, documentation, and lending administrationIdentify and solve operational challenges quickly and effectivelyWork closely with stakeholders across tech, risk, and commercial teamsSupport the business through launch and scale-up phasesAbout You:Proven experience in lending operations, ideally within SME or alternative financeComfortable working in an early-stage or start-up environmentA natural problem-solver with a hands-on, can-do attitudeStrong knowledge of KYC/AML/Compliance processesExcellent organisational and communication skillsEarly availability to start a new role would be a strong advantageWhy Apply?
