Job Description

Birtenshaw would like to appoint a Referrals and Placements Administrator to join our Referrals and Placements Team. This is a key role providing essential administrative support across the full referrals processfrom initial enquiry through to admissionensuring a consistent, professional and timely response to all referrals received. Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position, although consideration will be given to those seeking to work less than full time. Remote working is not possible for this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, proactive administrative support to the Referrals and Placements Manager. Review and respond to all referrals received by the organisation. Act as a point of contact for all administrative elements of the referral process. Liaise with parents/carers to arrange visits and obtain required information for colleagues. Maintain a central log/register of all referrals. Ensure each step in the referral-to-admission process aligns with organisational policies and procedures.
