We work closely with customers to provide parts to their specific requirements.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a QA & Office Administrator located in Barnham, Bognor Regis. The QA & Office Administrator will be responsible for quality control administration, document management, sales order processing & various internal projects.Responsibilities Processing of sales orders & purchase ordersProviding support to logistics with dispatch requests to warehouseAssisting with keeping CRM & Finance systems updatedManaging and maintaining sample feedbackAssisting, key departments with general filing, letters & administrative tasksProject work assigned by managementReceive and direct inbound callsGeneral administrative dutiesISO 9001:2015 management administrationDistributing updated ISO Certifications to customers & suppliersCompleting Supplier set up formsObtaining & maintaining REACH & Rohs certifications from suppliersNon-conformance administrationQualificationsRelevant experience in a QA role, ideally managing ISO 9001: 2015 (desirable)High degree of attention to detailHighly motivated with a capability to organise a diverse workload. Experience with Microsoft Office
