Thats why inclusion, wellbeing, and our diversity networks help make Home Group a great place to work !The practical bitsYou would be working 5 days / week usually between 09.00 and 17.00 2 days each week at Newquay but at Bodmin at one day , one day 10.00 to 18.00 and the third The work will be undertaken in service alongside at least one other full-time Lead Support Worker.There may be occasions when you will be lone working, but you will be supported and trained for this.You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), well pay for any business mileageThe work will be supporting customers who have support needs related to mental health, drugs and / or alcohol use, trauma or self-neglect on non-CQC regulated activities and support goals.Our Bodmin service supports 9 customers in self-contained flats while we support 5 in self-contained flats in Newquay.
