Job DescriptionNEW BUILD HOUSING SITE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGERBODMIN - Cornwall FREELANCE CONTRACTNew housing development requires a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager from inception to completion.30 new houses will need oversight from the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager who will be responsible for the entire build cycle including overseeing/management of all staff, subcontractors and stakeholder communication. Packages include:Groundworks roads, sewers, foundations, hardstandings etcDPC, Brickwork, roofing, internals, glazing, etcFirst fix, second fix, plumbing, electrics, etcSnagging, client handover and completionInfrastructure and green areas Key ResponsibilitiesSubcontractor procurement if requirePlanning, programmingDay to day management and oversightHealth and Safety managementDrive the programme and worksOversee quality control, site documentationDeal confidently and effectively with subcontractors and any trades teamsManage inspections, snagging, and final handover Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager within residential developmentsStrong understanding of fire strategies, building safety, and residential construction Track record of success in the residential marketsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential Freelance Site Manager / Project Manager please apply now for more detailsGood Freelance rates available
