Production Operative

We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe Bodmin and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. As a Production Operative you will work alongside colleagues to deliver high quality products, meeting customer specifications, and supporting a safe and efficient workplace. Key Information: Competitive Rates of Pay Permanent, stable employment Supportive and safe working environment Training and development opportunities Work Pattern: 07:00am - 16:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities : Work as part of a team to meet specification, quantity, and time requirements. Carry out visual quality checks and reject any unsuitable product. Minimise risk of line stoppages through careful observation and reporting issues promptly. Ensure correct PPE is always worn and equipment is operated safely. Undertake any reasonable duties requested by the Team Leader or Production Controller. Be willing to take part in additional training as required. Skills & Knowledge: Organised and methodical approach. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative. Commitment to producing high quality work. Qualifications (essential): Food Safety Level 2.
