If you are ready to make your mark in the industry and be part of a family-owned business, this is your opportunity to thrive.Job DescriptionCCTV Surveyor Bodmin Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefitsKey Responsibilities:Be responsible for the accurate, consistent & efficient completion of CCTV and drainage-based survey requestsResponsible for safe and compliant undertaking of all activities required to achieve requested drainage surveysDeployment and remove basic Signing, Lighting and Guarding to NRWSA (Red Book) standardsOversee and supervisor CCTV Assistant in on all site activities and workloads to ensure efficiencies and productivity are maximised.Generate and process site survey information through various IT software - Wincan VX, Microsoft Office, PDF editing,Undertaking detailed and accurate drainage mappingAble to utilise, maintain and use various survey equipment and technologyCarry out & oversee compliant and safe confined space entry activitiesCarrying out on site point of works risk assessments to maintain and document safe workingApply PUWER/LOLER weekly inspectionsUtilising work-based App for reporting of Hazards/observations, positive safety interventions and improvement suggestionsMaintain clean, orderly vehicle and equipmentEnsure correct PPE and task specific PPE is correctly utilised QualificationsAbout you:EssentialExperience drainage surveys and mappingGood communication; calm under pressure;Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather, lifting/moving loads within safe limits.Able to work early, evening and night shift working hoursOrganisational skillsBe able to exercise good judgment when required & have problem-solving abilities.Ability to fault find, problem solve and investigate drainage networksActively promote a safe working culture by 'Think Safe, Work Safe, Home Safe" and leading by example.Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness.IT skills processing survey information and applicationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to layout and present data and information clearlyExperience in Asset Surveys & Site SurveyingValid UK driving licenceOX19x - Pipe Sewer ClassificationCSCS CardCompetent in LOLER & PUWERStrong awareness of H&S, traffic management and drainage networksCamera system technical knowledgeData control and captureDesirable (not exhaustive)Confined Space Entry (Medium)SLG (Unit 2)First Aid at WorkManual Handling, Working at Height, COSHH, Risk AssessmentSSSTSSHEA Water HygieneOS21x - Brick Sewer ClassificationPTS - (Rail Access)Experience in Asset Surveys & Site SurveyingAdditional InformationWhat we can offer you:Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay and leaveCompany pensionBupa HealthcareRefer a friend schemeTraining and career progression opportunitiesAbout us:At Adler and Allan Group, we're not just a company - we're environmental champions committed to protecting our planet while helping businesses thrive.
