We are seeking an inspirational operations leader to join the UK Safety Division Leadership Team , driving operational excellence across production, supply chain, and logistics. This is a high-impact, senior role with responsibility for leading a team of c.200 people, optimising performance, and delivering exceptional safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards. What youll be doing: Leading UK production and operations functions, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. Developing and delivering business plans aligned with global supply chain strategy. Championing safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Managing operational budgets, resources, and CAPEX. Driving cost excellence, LEAN initiatives, and operational innovation. What were looking for: Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations. Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset. Skilled at influencing, motivating, and inspiring cross-functional teams. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
