Project/Process Engineer

Job DescriptionSensient Sweet and Beverage Flavors'' Global Engineering team is expanding and looking to hire a Project/Process Engineer who would like to be part of our success story! You will be supporting the business units with Capital projects, process and continuous improvements. If you flourish working collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging environment and enjoy working in a culture always looking to invest in our business and its people, then Sensient could be the place for you!nWhat youll do:nn Work with the plants in development of Capital Appropriation Requests in the development of solid project scopes and Capital Appropriation documentsn Develop adequate documentation to justify proposed investments according to company procedures and define project scope, prepare project budget, and establish project schedulesn Responsibility for all stages of projects from development through to delivery, and ensure EHS and Quality requirements are captured throughout the life cycle of projectn Create detailed ESOW/URS, tendering and supplier selection, resource, time and cost management, Control of contractors and FAT/SATn Support project execution and coordinate development, procurement, installations, commissioning, formal hand over and project closuren Development of Milestone charts and managing/tracking capital projects to meet budget and deadlinesnnWhat youll bring:nn Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related disciplinen Project Engineering with 3+ years related experience or equivalentn Background in an FMCG Manufacturing Environment (Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care or similar)n Exposure to Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigman Good processing systems knowledge with the ability to develop and interpret P&IDsn Strong user of MS office packages including Microsoft Project and knowledge of AutoCAD would be preferrednnWhat youll get:nn Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per weekn An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunitiesn A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyondnnnAbout Sensient:nSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
