Youll work closely alongside the firms experienced HR Manager , who offers a wealth of knowledge across all areas of HR. About the Role Youll provide day-to-day HR support across the firm, assisting with the full employee lifecycle and helping to drive forward HR initiatives and best practice. Working in partnership with the HR Manager, youll gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including: Recruitment, onboarding, and training & development Retention and reward strategies Performance management and appraisals Employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary issues Supporting on proactive HR projects and strategic initiatives Youll also benefit from the close collaboration between the HR and Employment Law teams, ensuring access to expert advice and guidance where needed. About You CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently studying towards this) Proven HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally Looking for a role that offers growth and long-term career progression Why Join?
