Legal Administrator, Private Client Assistant Blandford Location: Blandford Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, Permanent position About the Role Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Legal Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and clerical support within our Private Client department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your legal administrative skills in a professional and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient administrative support to designated lawyer(s), including audio typing and handling client queries. Open, maintain, and close client files in line with internal procedures. Draft standard legal documents and correspondence as directed. Manage billing processes accurately and in a timely manner. Carry out conflict checks and comply with antimoney laundering procedures. Maintain up-to-date client information and handle communications professionally. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies. Assist with marketing activities, including supporting social media initiatives. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support the wider team as needed. Confidently use IT and database systems to manage case and client information. About You Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems (training provided). A flexible and committed approach to work, with a willingness to learn.
