Job Description Are you a qualified Residential Surveyor looking for either a full-time or part-time opportunity?YouAs a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, and valuations for residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.You'll be expected to carry out roughly 4 surveys per week for this Estate Agent and Surveying company. What theyre after:Experience in residential property surveys and assessmentsKnowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently Proficiency in using surveying tools and softwareAttention to detail and accuracyMust be AssocRICS/ MRICS/FRICS Package30,000 - 40,000 DOE (can go even higher for more experienced surveyors)Mileage cover (own car is necessary)Equipment providedMonday Friday 9am - 5pm2 half days in the office, the rest WFH/out of office28 days + bank holidaysChristmas partyFull and part-time optionsPlease Note: Mavrec Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
