Food Manufacturing | £45,000 We’re working with a leading food manufacturing business based in Blackpool, currently seeking to recruit an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee site hygiene standards and lead a high-performing team in a Monday to Friday role!This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and driven individual who understands the critical role hygiene plays in food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.Your Role:Oversee and manage all hygiene operations across the site.Ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements (e.g. BRC, retailer standards).Lead, develop, and motivate the hygiene team to maintain high standards across production areas.Work cross-functionally with production, technical, and engineering teams to improve hygiene procedures.Drive continuous improvement and support a food safety culture on-site.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager (or similar) within a food manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Experience managing teams and leading audits.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail.Could this be your next move?
