Supply Chain Manager

As we continue to grow, we're committed to building a more ethical, sustainable and efficient supply chain - and this role is key to that mission.About the Role:This is a leadership position with real scope to make a difference, not just to the bottom line, but how to work with global suppliers in line with ESG principles.You’ll manage an internal purchasing team, drive supplier performance, streamline processes, and ensure ethical sourcing practices across our product range.What You’ll Do:Lead, mentor and manage the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing TeamMaintain and grow strong supplier relationships globally and ethicallySource and onboard new suppliers, ensuring ESG alignment and cost-efficiencyLead supplier reviews, audits and contingency planningCollaborate across teams (Product Design, QA, R&D, Sales)Oversee forecasting, inventory planning and procurement strategyProduce and manage competitive tenders and pricing negotiationsContinuously improve processes through data, systems and innovationWhat You’ll Need:At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing or supply chain leadershipProven success in driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and supplier accountabilityBackground in manufacturing or complex product environments (desirable)CIPS qualified (or working towards it) and educated to degree levelA strong grasp of ethical sourcing, sustainability goals and supplier complianceExcellent communication, leadership and negotiation skillsA strategic, proactive mindset with attention to detail and confidence in fast-paced environmentsWhy This Role Matters:Supply chain is no longer just about cost, it’s about resilience, ethics, and innovation.
