The business is investing heavily in its partner ecosystem and is now seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key industrial alliances across Western Europe. This is a senior commercial role for a diplomatic, resultsdriven leader who can blend strategic thinking with handson execution. You will shape and execute growth strategies, manage executive-level relationships, and ensure that commercial, operational and governance standards are consistently achieved across multiple markets. Professional English is essential, and additional European languages are highly valued for deeper engagement with regional stakeholders.Job responsibilitiesMeet and exceed revenue, margin and pipeline targets across assigned partner portfolioOwn senior-level commercial relationships with strategic industrial and OEM partners in Western EuropeDevelop and execute growth strategies for the industrial segment with clear and measurable business outcomesLead key commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, rebates and annual joint business plansEnsure operational delivery and customer success through close cross-functional coordination with teams in Europe and AsiaGovern partner performance through accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management and regular business reviewsRepresent the company in executive-level meetings, industry discussions and strategic partner forumsEnsure all commercial activities comply with European regulations and internal governance requirementsProactively identify, manage and resolve commercial or operational conflicts in a constructive, solutionoriented mannerSkills and requirementsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Economics or Engineering;10+ years B2B commercial experience in Industrial / OEM / Components sectors with clear success in revenue and margin deliveryProven track record managing strategic partner portfolios across multiple European markets at senior levelStrong commercial diplomacy, able to protect value while sustaining long-term, trusted relationshipsSkilled at influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multistakeholder decision-making environmentsProfessional English required; fluency in additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish) is highly valued for regional partner engagementFormal project management training or certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantageWillingness to travel up to 60% across Europe, with occasional trips to AsiaTo Apply If you believe you meet the above requirements and have the passion and drive to excel in this role, we invite you to submit your application.
