Staff turnover is low, and team spirit is high this is a business where people tend to stay. Key Responsibilities Preparing accurate and detailed electrical cost estimates for various projects. Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Identifying risks and value engineering opportunities within tenders. Working closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment between costings and project requirements. Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions and supporting contract negotiations. Staying updated on market rates, materials, and emerging technologies. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E or construction industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with estimating software and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (preferred).
