Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner

Are you a seasonedConveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earnerwith a proven track record in residential property transactions? Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are looking for a confident and experienced professional to join their dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing: Managing a full caseload ofresidential conveyancing filesfrom instruction to completion with minimal supervision. Handling a range of transactions includingfreehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties . Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client service at all times. Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory and firm-wide requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other third parties. You will be A qualifiedSolicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer , or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum of3 years' experience . Have asolid understanding of the full residential conveyancing processand the ability to manage a caseload independently. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in case management systems and digital working.
