The role involves managing a caseload of personal injury claims, primarily employer liability and public liability cases. Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Although the role is based in Blackpool, there is flexibility for some work to be done from home.
