Blackpool Registered Nurse (Care Home) We are looking for reliable and compassionate Registered Nurses to support a range of residential and nursing care homes we work with. Youll be joining a professional team delivering safe, person-centred care to residents who depend on consistent and high-quality clinical support. Your Responsibilities You will: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medication safely and effectively Monitor and assess residents health needs Maintain accurate clinical records Work collaboratively with carers and healthcare professionals Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times Skills & Experience Required You must: Hold a valid NMC registration Have experience working in a care home or similar setting Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills Communicate clearly with residents, families and staff Be reliable, organised and compassionate Be confident working independently and within a team Additional Information Out-of-hours shifts may be required Flexible shift patterns available TPBN1_UKTJ
