About the role: - Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to SEN and inclusive education. - Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals. - Encourage positive social interactions and emotional well-being through structured activities and modelling appropriate behaviour. - Support the learning and development of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges. - Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement, providing feedback to teaching staff and parents as required.
