Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. And itll be down to you to give them the information theyre looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales.Gallagher Benefit Services is a leading, full-lifecycle employee benefit consultancy, trusted by employers of all kinds. We help them build a better workplace, positively impacting the lives of thousands of employees every day.How you''ll make an impactOn the face of it, this role is fairly simple. Youll have a list of companies that have asked us to give them a call about the benefits they offer their employees. Typically these benefits will all have a provider, and these relationships come up for renewal. When they do, we help these companies to find the very best benefits for their business.On a day-to-day basis youll call small to medium sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection etc) and when those benefits are due for renewal.Youll then;Update our database with information on their existing benefits/schemes for future prospectingPitch anything In Date or imminent. Any business signed will earn commission!Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients.About YouWe believe that every candidate brings something special to the table, including you!
