We are supporting a well-established residential care home in Blackburn with approximately 60 beds to find a strong leader who can continue to drive high-quality, person-centred care. This home is proud of its Good CQC rating and is seeking a manager who can maintain and further develop its standards, support staff development, and ensure residents receive the compassionate, dignified care they deserve.
