Job Description Learning & Development ManagerBlackburn, Lancashire45,000 55,000 (depending on experience)Full-time | PermanentAbout the opportunityWe are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to take full ownership of a growing organisations internal learning and development function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building, shaping, and embedding L&D strategy, rather than simply delivering training.
