Mechanic Up to 40,000 per annum DOE Bishops Stortford What our clients are looking for Here at Kamro we have partnered up with a well known Automotive service provider based in Bishops Stortford who are looking for a Mechanic to join their team if you are mechanically minded and comfortable with timing chains and clutches we want to speak to you! About the role In this role, youll step into a hands-on position where you will be overseeing servicing, diagnostics, MOT preparation, and repairs across a wide range of makes and models. You will work with modern diagnostic tools, handle everything from steering and suspension to cambelts, exhausts, and battery replacements Its the kind of garage where each job is treated as if it were your own About the client This is a family-run, independent workshop set in Bishops Stortford, our clients have earned its reputation through word-of-mouth trust and local loyalty. Theyre RMI-approved and boast DVSA-approved MOT facilities, complete with quality equipment and a test bay. You will also recieve a day off on your birthday. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:30 No Weekends!! Key Duties Repair, maintenance, replacement and diagnostic work on a wide variety of vehicles. Carry out MOT Preparation. Carry out routine servicingoil changes, brakes, exhausts, suspension, air-con systems, tyres, and more. Help maintain a clean, organised, and secure workshop environment. Key Requirements Prior experience as a mechanic/ Vehicle technician Comfortable with servicing, diagnostics, MOT prep, and a range of repairs. Capable of working with diagnostic technology Time served or qualified TPBN1_UKTJ
