Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Bishop's Stortford OfficeA progressive and modern law firm with a strong regional presence and a longstanding reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team based in Bishop’s Stortford.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded lawyer to take the next step in their career within a supportive, values-led environment.The OpportunityYou’ll work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both employers and employees across sectors including education, healthcare, and commercial enterprise.The work is varied and engaging, covering unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, redundancy, grievance and disciplinary matters, employment contracts, and more.There will be opportunities to represent clients in Employment Tribunals, undertake advocacy at various hearings, and support businesses with day-to-day employment law queries and provide strategic advice.You’ll also play a role in negotiating settlements and managing claims, delivering high-level client care and commercial awareness.Who We’re Looking For:A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment lawStrong experience across both contentious and advisory mattersConfident handling Tribunal litigation from start to finishCommercially astute, solutions-driven, and able to build strong client relationshipsComfortable working independently, while being a team playerWhy Apply?This firm offers the chance to work as part of a high-calibre, collaborative team with a strong emphasis on professional development and client care.
