Our people-first approach means internal promotions are on the rise, and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic HR / People Administrator to help us continue that journey on a Fixed Terms Contract (15 months).The RoleReporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, supporting employees across our two buzzing offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush.You’ll be the go-to for:Preparing offer letters, contracts, and referencesOrganising induction processes and managing onboarding/offboarding (including via Bob)Supporting with probation, T&Cs changes, exit interviews, and basic ER casesBeing a liaison for IT access for starters/leaversKeeping HR systems and files (especially Bob) tidy and up-to-dateAssisting with recruitment coordination, mainly for our factory teamGenerating useful HR KPIs and reportsBeing a friendly and reliable first point of contact for HR queriesYou:You don’t need years of HR experience — this could be your first step into HR, or you may already have some admin/HR exposure.
