This also includes sourcing materials, gathering supplies and subcontracting prices to help plan and procure approved work. You will be required to coordinate with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.This role would suit an Estimator or similar with a background in Building Services who has a strong understanding of project costing, budgeting and financial analysis.
