You?ll ideally have ? or be working towards CiH Level 4 too.Supreme leadership skills and a track record of developing brilliant teams and ensuring a high-performance cultureKnowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirementsA laser sharp commercial lens, ability to manage budgets and interpret complex financial dataGreat communication, influencing and conflict resolution skillsStrongertogetherWe do our best work when we?re ourselves.
