The Job You’ll Do; Ensure that all Operators adhere to the quality elements of the Standard Operating ProceduresConduct regular Product and Process audits and feedback information as requiredIdentify any product or process non-conformity and potential improvement ideasEnsure effective communication of Quality data to the manufacturing teams and to facilitate actions to improveAssist in the resolution of Customer & Internal concerns with the Quality EngineersProvide support to Quality Engineers to enable KPI’s to be achievedSupport team based problem-solving activities using structured techniquesMay be required to visit customer locations with the Quality Engineer to resolve concerns.About You; Qualified to ONC level or above in a related disciplineDemonstrate good knowledge of metal-based manufacturing processes (desirable)Previous experience ideally in quality function of a fast-moving manufacturing environmentGood working knowledge of quality tools and techniques & fully competent in Microsoft IT packagesThe ability to cope with the pressures of a demanding manufacturing environmentMust have a confident approach to effectively deal with a variety of people within the business structureGood interpersonal and organisation skills, ability to pay close attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
