This is a hands-on role focused on fault finding, compliance, servicing and minor installations. The position offers long-term stability, structured development and genuine progression as the business continues to grow its national footprint. The successful candidate will operate independently across client sites, maintaining high technical standards and ensuring systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend commercial sites to diagnose and repair faults across heating, ventilation and air conditioning systemsCarry out detailed fault finding across mechanical and electrical componentsInvestigate and resolve BMS-related control issues where requiredComplete reactive works in line with contractual SLAs and compliance standardsProvide clear reporting following site attendanceDeliver scheduled PPM across split systems, VRF systems, AHUs, heat pumps and ventilation plantConduct system performance checks and diagnosticsUndertake refrigerant recovery, leak detection and pressure testing in accordance with F-Gas regulationsEnsure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely mannerInstall and commission split systems, VRF systems, AHUs, heat pumps and ventilation equipmentCarry out system modifications xjdpvnf and small project works where requiredEnsure all installations comply with current legislation and industry standardsEssential CriteriaF-Gas Category 1 Certification (City and Guilds 2079 or equivalent)Minimum 3 years experience within commercial HVAC maintenanceStrong working knowledge of split systems, VRF systems, AHUs, heat pumps and ventilation plantProven reactive fault-finding capabilityFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
