Our Field Service Engineer role within Environmental Municipal Civil could be exactly what you are looking for.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be out in the field maintaining and repairing specialist municipal, plant and utility equipment, including Road Sweepers, Tankers, Grabs, RCVs, Tippers and other specialist vehicles. From urgent breakdowns to planned maintenance inspections, you will play a key role in keeping essential services moving.Diagnose, repair and maintain DGEMC owned assets across customer sitesRespond quickly to breakdowns and service calls to minimise downtimeUse diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faultsComplete PMI inspections and submit accurate electronic reports via PDAManage your own schedule, van stock and workload efficientlyAbout YouYou are a hands on engineer who enjoys problem solving and working independently. You take pride in delivering quality work and building trusted relationships with customers on site.Minimum Level 2 mechanical or engineering qualification, or equivalentProven experience working with plant, MHE, municipal or specialist vehiclesStrong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsConfident diagnosing diesel engines and electrical systemsFull, valid UK driving licenceNot sure you meet every requirement?
