CNC Operator Milling - Day ShiftsMake your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.We are currently recruiting for a CNC operator for a leading Engineering company based in Central Birmingham They are looking for an experienced CNC operator who is available immediately, someone who is looking for a career on day shifts and the opportunity to work with an innovative team who offer engineering solutions across the UK.Key Responsibilities Operate, Load and monitor CNC milling machines and equipmentDeburring and then Quality inspecting partsRead and interpret engineering drawings to ensure components meet specifications.Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometres, and verniers to check and maintain quality standards.Be able to work with a range of materialsMaintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety at all times.Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve technical or machining issues.Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organised at all timesBe able to work to lead times Experience RequiredProven experience as a CNC Operator is a mustExperience working with Milling machines in an Engineering / manufacturing environment.Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from technical/engineering drawings. xjdpvnf Hands-on experience operating CNC milling machinesSkilled in the use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometres, verniers, etc.).Experience working with a variety of materialsHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.What we offer This will be a temporary to Permanent position working 39 hours a weekDay shift hours 8.00am 4.30pm Monday Thursday & Friday 8.00am 3.30pmPay rate 13.00phOvertime availableTraining and career development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentIf you are available immediately and looking for a new career move please apply online in the first instance
