Registered Children's Home Manager WolverhamptonLocation: WolverhamptonAll the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Services:Solo Residential HomeClient Group: Children & Young People with Complex NeedsSalary:up to 45,000 (dependent on experience)Bonus:Performance and KPI bonus schemePara Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Solo specialist residential service for children and young people aged 817 with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.This service is designed to deliver high-impact, individualised care that promotes healing, growth, and long-term positive outcomes.
