We’re excited to announce an opportunity for talented Client / Technical Specialist to join our Pensions team at Benefiz. This opportunity has been created following the takeover of Benefiz by Towergate Employee Benefits, part of Everywhen, to support the anticipated growth in pension opportunities from existing clients. This role offers the flexibility of being home based, with the occasional travel, approximately twice a year to attend face-to-face meetings and connect with the wider time.Benefiz is an award-winning independent workplace adviser, helping employers of all sizes offer benefits to their employees. We provide support to our clients typically with broking benefits, communicating benefits and administering benefits.What does a Client / Technical Specialist here do?ResponsibilitiesThis is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following and more:Be the key direct client contact for pension services.Providing proactive support for ongoing client services and project-based work.Preparing and drafting recommendation reports for GPPs, GSIPP & Master Trust Schemes.Drafting technical reports including Pension Governance reports.Maintain records on client databases and CRM.Provide support in the preparation of employee communication material (including PowerPoint presentations and booklet content).Support relationships with suppliers/ providers by maintaining on-going relationships to assist the business and clients.Support clients with Auto-enrolment requirements (Certification and triennial re-enrolment).Managing the client engagement process Key support for client managers and other benefit teams.What are we looking for in our next Client / Technical Specialist?Proactive approach to client communicationExperience of working within a team of remote workersExperience of dealing directly with clients and the ability to manage client expectations with a confident and professional approachEffective communication both verbally and in writing, including professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skillsTechnical knowledge of Group Pension (including GPP, GSIPP and Master Trust Schemes)Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.Qualification RequirementsEducated to A level standard or equivalent.Minimum GCSE Maths & English grade C or equivalentHold at least one professional pension qualificationIn return you will be welcomed and supported by Benefiz, part of our Everywhen family, with opportunities to learn and grow your career.
