You’ll collaborate with partners, lawyers and clients to drive adoption of new tools, enhance efficiency, and create technology-led solutions that add real value.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbed within legal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovationDrive adoption of Generative AI and automation tools across the businessDeliver presentations, demos and training sessions to engage users and clientsCollaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver new tech-enabled solutionsCreate internal communications and materials to promote technology adoptionResearch emerging trends in legal technology and identify new opportunitiesSkills & ExperienceExperience within a law firm or legal technology environmentStrong understanding of legal tech platforms such as HighQ and GenAI toolsConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementExperience driving change or technology adoption within a professional services environment
