In-house Commercial Property Solicitor

This in-house legal position offers exposure to a broad and high-value estate comprising commercial, residential, leisure and medical assets, including landmark sites across Edgbaston.You’ll report directly to the Head of Legal and work semi-autonomously on a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters. These include landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, title and covenant management, and supporting long-term development projects.
