We are expanding our team in the UK and are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join us.About the RoleAs a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial recruiter with proven success in the life sciences sector and the ability to drive new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage new and existing client relationships across the life sciences industry.Proactively source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates within pharma, biotech, and medical device organizations.Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.Deliver on business development targets, identifying new opportunities and growing market share.Collaborate with global PSC Biotech teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.RequirementsExtensive experience as a 360 Recruiter with a track record of business development success.Proven success recruiting within the life sciences sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.A results-driven, self-starter with commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.UK-based, with flexibility to work with international teams and clients.Why Join PSC Biotech?This is an excellent opportunity to join a global life sciences consultancy with ambitious growth plans.
