Senior HR Business PartnerWest Midlands - BirminghamPaying around £65k + BenefitsAre you an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of leading large-scale TUPE projects and working in heavily unionised environments? My client is looking for a commercially astute Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping HR policy, driving change, and partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving organisation.The RoleAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:Lead on the design, review, and implementation of people policies and processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.Take a leading role in organisational change, including restructures and TUPE transfers.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with recognised trade unions.Provide expert advice to senior leaders on people matters, terms and conditions, and employment legislation.Act as a trusted partner to the Executive team, ensuring HR strategy aligns with business priorities.Drive process improvements, including digitalisation and automation initiatives, to enhance efficiency.Represent the HR function in industry forums and external networks.About YouWe’re looking for someone who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.
