Corporate Senior Solicitor – Senior / Principal AssociateOur client is seeking to hire a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to work on an enviable mix of top-tier transactions with a first-class client base.The RoleYou will be advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A deals, while also gaining exposure to venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets work.
