My client a leading global law firm are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Birmingham office.Your duties will include:Acting as a project coordinator for virtual and in-person trainingCreating and sending out training invitationsTracking attendance and reporting on discrepanciesOverseeing the implementation of learning paths for cohortsAssisting with pre-programme logistics eg: creating excel documents, scheduling planning meetings and creating zoom meetingsSupporting with the creation and production of digital and printed training program materialsSupporting with the delivery of firm-wide live and remote learning programmesCoordination of post-programme follow ups such as scheduling debriefs and summarizing programme evaluationsManaging the budgets and tracking expenditureTo carry out this role you must have:A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with professional developmentProven competency in software applications and technology skills, including MS OfficeExperience working with a learning management system preferredExcellent attention to detail
