What You’ll Be Doing Manage a diverse caseload of complex ER matters, providing expert advice aligned with employment law and best practice. Coach and support managers to handle ER issues confidently, fairly, and consistently. Collaborate with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders, legal teams, and Occupational Health provider. Contribute to the review and improvement of ER policies and processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Use our advanced case management system to deliver a consistent, high-quality remote service. Support a wide range of contracts across both public and private sectors, offering variety and challenge. What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices. Proven experience managing a high-volume ER caseload in a fast-paced environment. A people-first mindset with a commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and respect. A curious, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable. Why Mitie?
