You’ll champion candidate experience and be the driving force behind their employer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver a proactive recruitment strategy across all business functionsManage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboardingBuild and promote a clear, engaging employer brand across all channelsCoach and support senior leaders to embed outstanding hiring practicesOversee recruitment reporting: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, retention, and pipeline healthPartner with senior stakeholders to plan headcount needsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for future growth and key rolesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in recruitment, including leading or building a functionHospitality experience is a MUSTA passion for finding – and keeping – brilliant peopleStrong communication skills with a coaching mindset and commercial acumenData-driven and analytical, with experience using ATS/HR tech toolsA natural storyteller with a flair for employer branding and social contentSound great?
