Above all, our dedication to caring for our patients and teammates defines our relentless pursuit of quality.What you will do:- Lead the overall operations and management of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional experience for patients at every touchpoint.- Guide a dedicated team of nurses and support staff to deliver compassionate and individualised patient care.- Collaborate with external organisations such as NHS Trusts and the Care Quality Commission, with assistance from the Regional Manager.- Implement innovative processes to enhance quality improvements throughout the clinic.- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new teammates to enhance the clinic's community.- Develop positive relationships with patients, addressing any concerns or complaints effectively.- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards and policies, including Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE).- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.To be successful in this role, you’ll need:- Registration as a Manager with the Care Quality Commission or willingness to attain this.- Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications.- Prior experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting.- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an approachable style to connect with a diverse team and patient base.- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to navigate evolving clinical environments efficiently.- Exemplary organisational skills to manage a wide array of tasks essential to clinic operations.- Continuous Professional Development involvement, ideally in Renal Care, will be highly advantageous.Bilston is more than just a place to work; it offers a welcoming community with vibrant cultural heritage and scenic charm.
