Clinical Director | £80,000 + Benefits Established Team of 8 Vet Surgeons First Opinion & Referral Services Are you a senior veterinary surgeon looking for a step up?A current Clinical Director seeking a new challenge?Remit:A large veterinary practice on the North Side of Birmingham is seeking a new Clinical Director to manage the team. You will be well supported by an experienced Practice Manager and long-established clinical team already in house.The practice offers a great mix of first opinion work including orthopaedic surgeries, lap spays, endoscopy, soft tissue surgeries, emergencies and routine health check ups. They also offer referrals for complex surgical work: Reconstructive skin, Perineal hernia repair, Endoscopic keyhole surgery, cherry eye repair, facelifts and corneal surgery to name a few.The role of the Clinical Director will be to oversee the clinical team on their development and performance; recruitment for growth, business development and financial management. This is an ideal role for a certificate holder looking to get into a management position, or a senior surgeon looking to utilise their skills in a new environment.A full candidate pack is available on request.Remuneration:For the right candidate, we are looking to offer up to £80,000.
