You’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, including HR, compliance, finance, operations, and service development.Essential Requirements:Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a GP surgeryStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsUp-to-date knowledge of NHS policies, systems (EMIS or S1 experience desirable), and CQC complianceThe Offer:Competitive salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experienceFull-time hours: 37.5 hours/week, all on-siteSupportive partners and clinical teamOpportunity to develop within a forward-thinking, training-focused environmentCVs now being considered – interviews taking place ASAP.
