Homologation Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for homologation Engineer. This role will be responsible for inspection and audit tasks of vehicle components and vehicle systems. for type approval / MAS.TÜV Rheinland is one of the leading international providers of technical services for quality and safety. Operating from various locations in the England & Scotland, the group offers a wide range of services to its local customers.What will you be doing with us?Programs the test facility if applicable.Conducts (type) tests and simulation test on vehicle components.Evaluates the data.Creates the test protocol.Conducts internal or external witness testing in accordance with EC/ECE regulation and directives.Generates test reports and review customer documentation.Signs type approval documents to be handed in to authorities.If required: Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.Other duties as assigned.
